Tell us something we don’t know!
All white people are going to hell, longtime African-American civil rights advocate Rev. Joseph Lowery told an audience at a get-out-the-vote event held Oct. 27 in Georgia.
This is the same nice man that read the prayer for President Obama’s Inauguration when he officially took office in January 2009. He went on to say that when he was younger, and more militant, this was how he felt about all white people. However for a time he mellowed out some and only thought some white folk were bound for the firery delights of hell. Now all this political cross party fighting and name calling has set him back to his original thoughts that all Whitey’s are gonna burn.

Did you read the part where this guy is so close to the current President he was part of the Inauguration Ceremony?
His handlers quickly tried to cover his tracks. “He was just saying that based on all the hatred that’s going on” toward Barack Obama, Helen Butler quickly chimed in. She’s the Executive Director for the classy Reverends Coalition for the People’s Agenda. The People? Who exactly are The People?
Obviously it’s not a place that has People of Non Color, or as we like to call them here English Americans, in their best interest. Helen also quickly added “Of course, he doesn’t believe that all whites should go to hell, that’s not him. He’s a very caring person.”

Yea, that’s one sweet, caring old man. He tried to recant the comment by saying it was all a big funny joke. Look at us all laughing. This guy should be doing the late night TV circuit soon. The witty Reverend wasn’t done there though. He also used that word that white people can’t say. No, not swag, the other one…the big one.
“I don’t know what kind of a ni— wouldn’t vote, with a black man running”. He was upset at those blacks that didn’t vote for Obama in the last election. This guy is a real gem, he hates everybody. So much for that Post Racial America that Obama was supposed to usher in. The lovely Mrs. Helen Butler wraps it up nicely.
“He’s not saying you should support the black guy because of his race, he’s saying you should support a competent black person,” she said. “If all else is equal, why not vote for your race?”
Really?
I’m not gonna say anything like “Pot calling Kettle black” or whatever….this pic sums it up nicely I think.
